Rostra Profiles Early access

The who's-who layer of the public record.

Rostra Profiles mines entities from the documents the platform already parses and resolves them into canonical people and firms, so you can finally answer who is behind a rezoning or a contract, and everywhere else they're active.

“Who is behind this, and where else are they active?”

The same applicants, attorneys, engineering firms and contractors appear again and again across agendas, packets, minutes and contracts, under slightly different names every time. There's no way to connect them today. Rostra Profiles resolves the mentions into real entities and maps how they relate.

  • The same firm appears a dozen ways across documents
  • No profile of who an applicant or contractor really is
  • No view of the relationships behind a project or a deal
What you get

Everything Rostra Profiles does for you

Entity-mention extraction

An extractor pulls every person and firm named across agendas, packets, minutes, contracts and CIP line items, with no new ingestion, just a deeper read of the corpus.

Real entity resolution

A resolution pipeline (powered by pgvector embeddings, not naive string-matching) collapses the many ways an entity is written into one canonical record.

Entity profiles

Each resolved entity gets a profile: its public-record roles, its activity across the suite, and the projects and contracts it touches, sourced and verifiable.

“Who's involved” panels

Drop the relationship view straight into Develop, Procure and Capital, so every item shows the people and firms behind it in context.

Competitive radar

Track a competitor or a partner across the whole region and get alerted when they show up on a new project, contract or board.

Public roles only

Profiles maps public-record roles and the relationships documents actually support, never private personal data, never inferred connections.

How it works

Live in three steps

1

We mine the corpus

Entity mentions are extracted from the documents the platform already reads, with zero new ingestion.

2

Entities get resolved

Mentions collapse into canonical people and firms via embedding-based resolution, with relationships built from what the documents support.

3

See who's behind it

Explore profiles, drop “who's involved” panels into the other products, and run a competitive radar with alerts.
